It was the lack of a system that worked on site, fit procurement processes, and produced real reporting.
This company was built by someone who has worn the PPE, worked the shifts, and seen the waste firsthand. Circular Supply exists to replace disposal with durability, recycling, and accountability without disrupting how work actually gets done.
